HUNDREDS were left furious after Virgin Media users reported issues with their landline internet and e-mail service.
According to downdetector over 500 customers reported problems with the service provider.
One customer said: “Maybe I should cancel my direct debit to @virginmedia until they fulfil their part of the contract. Thousands of people paying for a service every month which they are not providing and haven’t been since 2 weeks ago.”
Replying to one customer, a Virgin media spokesperson said they were aware of the problem and were working to resolve the issue.
The Sun has contacted Virgin Media O2 for comment.
